My 245 won't pass the co2 part of the emission test 200 1983

Fellow Bricksters,

My 245 recently passed the emissions test and failed because of a stupid gas cap. On the second pass, it passed the gas cap test, but failed the CO2 test. Sounds like either inconsistent test equipt. or the car wasn't run hard enough right before the test. How can I be sure to pass the test the next time? I am in the middle of a tankfull of gas with techron in it. Definately the best fuel injector-combustion chamber cleaner on the market. Any other suggestions?
