throttle valve switch

I hear that a worn throttle valve switch can cause a bit of 'bucking' in the D-Jet cars. I checked mine out and it is well worn, but is it possible for me to replace this thing without too much grief, meaning without the instruments I see you need to adjust and measure it with? Y'll should check

yours out too, then go to www.gapa.com and price a new one. ($52.??) I bought a fuel pump for the car there for $236 where I have seen them go for $300+ one place wanted $400!
