R&R ball joints 200 78

Hey board,

Im gonna do the ball joints on the old 78 240. I think Im straight on how to get it out of the car. What Im not sure of, is how to press the ball joint out of the strut plate. Do I need a machine shop, or is there a home spun method.

Also, what other gotchas are lurking here?
