Rust under the driver side seat. 200 1985

Does anyone know a good fix (semicheap) for the rusting under the body right under the drivers seat. I had this happen before to another volvo i had but I had the floor pans and all cut out and replaced. It was when i had money to fix it. Now i have another volvo and i see signs of the same thing. I am wondering if anyone has attempted to fill rust spot and reundercoat it. I am hoping someone has neat tested way to solve this problem temporarily.
