Theoretical rev limit (b230f) 200 86

If there was a way to disable the rev limiter in the ECU (any luck Jason?), how high could one rev a stock B230 without sacrificing a rod? I have read that the rev limit (~5800rpm) is based on fuel delivery limitations and not the motor's capabilities.

Of course, the question somebody is gonna ask is, "Why in the hell would you want to wind it out to even 5800 when you know that there ain't much above 4500?" Well, I'm asking because if I were to install an aftermarket cam, headers and/or exhaust, would I be able to make use of the power?
