throttle switch missing? 200 1981

Hi all!

I am the happy owner of a 1981 GLT.... my mom gave it to me when it stopped running and I have fixed it now. Problem is that I think the throttle switch might have been removed by a garage somewhere along the way. There are 2 wires hard-wired to the driver's side of the intake which look as though there should be a switch involved.... and randomly disconnecting these wires makes the car very hard running, stall, etc.

Anyone out there know if all 1981 Volvo's GLT's with CIS have a throttle switch. I am thinking I can get one and make the car run perfectly, but I thought I would ask first.......

THANKS!

Chris
