Help stupid do-it-yourselfer 940 Station Wagon

I tried to do the rear brakes and like an idiot disassembled the caliper instead of just punching out the pins and removing the clip. (Duh!!) Now because the fluid leaked out I have to depress the brake pedal almost all the way to get the car to stop. I also used a c-clamp to depress the two sides of the disassembled caliper in order to fit the pads in and reassemble the caliper. I must have air in the lines I would imagine. Please instruct me as to how to bleed the brakes so that they will work right. I did reassemble the calipers to where they were originally so will that be O.K.??

Kevin
