The door lock thing - it is to keep you from locking your keys in the car. All the newer ones are like that.

The windows - take the door apart and grease them - 3 clips at the bottom of the door, one in the little red light on the edge of the door, one screw inside the speaker grille, and the tray that the door latch sits in - (hope that makes sense) and the door panel will pop off.

The antenna - welcome to the club - take a rag & some wd-40 or similar and wipe the antenna down = then put it up and down a bunch of times wiping it with lube.

The black smoke is probably NOT a head gasket - probably a fuel pressure regulator. Located on the intake on the rail that connects to teh fuel injectors - with a single vacuum line on it - take the vacuum line off and smell the hose for gas - if so, then go and spend the $50 or so and replace it and be happy! :)
