240 that does not start after engine is warm 200 89

Hello All,

I am having a problem with my 89 240 with 150,000 miles . When the engine is cold it starts fine but when I try to re-start it, it does not start I wait a few minutes and it finally starts. The car turns over fine but does not start. The battery new, plugs new, dist cap new, wires new and coil is fine. The car otherwise runs fine and there are not any other problems. What could be casuing this any help would be appreciated?

Thank You,

Shawn
