Just got one off eBay for $20.00! Brand new and fit like a glove. In fact, I see them there all the time. Simply go to eBay, type in "Volvo 760" (740 may provide better results) in the search window and you'll be brought to all that is for auction concerning Volvo 700 series cars. Scroll through the auctions and you will find one, if not more, currently for auction. They'll be listed under "Splash/Gravel Shield." Nobody ever bids on these things and the sellers usually have more than one for auction so you'll probably get it at the cost of the opening bid.

Folks selling were great to work with. Fast shipment and well packaged. Couldn't be happier. BTW, I have no affiliation whatsoever with the seller. Just helping out fellow bricksters.
