car starts fine but stalls shortly there after (when cold) 200 87

I've been having trouble with cold starting. she starts fine and will run rough for a few minutes. if I were to put her in drive right away (automatic trans), the engine would stall. The car also has extremely poor power when cold. When she warms up the power is much better yet the engine still has a bit of a bumpy idle. this is what I have done so far:

-tune up

-checked resistance, continuity etc.. at ecu harness and f/i components as per R.Bently manual (LH 2.2) - check okay.

-inspected and cleaned air flow sensor.

-cleaned out breather and induction sys.

-checked for vaccuum leaks - no change.

-swaped ECU with other used serviceable unit - made no difference

-replaced fuel pump relay - nope

-checked fuel pressures - they are all okay

Is there anybody out there who can give me some words of wisdom? What have I overlooked?
