vibration or shudder during acceleration 700 88

The previous two posts on vibration during acceleration also has me wondering. I presently experience a low frequency shudder during mild acceleration in 1st gear somewhere under the driver seat but I can't pinpoint it to the rear end. The shudder started right after I replaced both hydraulic engine mounts on my 88 740 Turbo. When I was comparing the old and new mounts side by side I noticed the new mounts were approx. 1-1/2 inches higher. I am starting to think that the engine nows sits slightly higher and moved from its previous alignment at the center bearing and this is the cause of the vibration. The car has only 105,000 kilometers and the bearing should not be worn out.

What do you guys thinks the cause it.
