Stalling 240 GLTi 200 1983

Once again, I thought I had rid myself of this horrible problem, but it has yet again shown it's ugly face. My brick seems to suffer from random stalling and sometimes stumbling/surging. This is more common to happen in cooler weather above 3k RPM, while the car is stumbling/surging if you were to push in the clutch and let off the gas the car would stall.

At times the car will stall without the stumbling effect, holding in the clutch and coasting for 15-20 seconds and then releasing the clutch will normally result in a restart (Some cases have lasted 40s+). In a stall condition the car will start almost instantly upon cranking, but sometimes falter and stall once again.

Ideas? rotor/wires/cap/plugs all new. Car has the k-jetronic CI system.

Help appreciated,

Jeff
