Unlikely to be engine mounts. on 7xx cars, look at crossmember to pan clearance...touching is dead mounts, need about 1/4-1/2" clearance. Slushbox selector moving may or may not indicate worn motor or transmission mount.

Car pulling to left may be sticking pads on RIGHT (heats up and fades right side, left pulls) or misalignment, bad toe-in, worn/failed suspension components.
