guage cluster in my 87 t wagon 700 87tw

Ok my guages have been acting up for the past year. I have been putting up with them but now my speedo is on sometimes and off. So just a tap or two on the dash and bingo all is well for awhile.

So What is the fix for this? I know some of you guys have delt with this. If there is a link for the fix point me to it. Thanks for the inputs...All are welcome.
