Aftermarket A/C Evaporator 700 92

Can anyone offer the name/number/site for a reliable aftermarket source for a new A/C evaporator for a 1992 740 Wagon (B230 8-valve)? My mechanic has ordered from three different sources and none of the units is a match for the original, leaking Volvo unit. I had similar problems getting a replacement radiator - seems the '92 740 model is different from earlier years. The '92 740 and 940 use the same radiator.
