I've following this one. Some points I agree with. Sounds like that dealer is not diagnosising the car. They are just throwing parts at it. It's called the shotgun method. I'm a technician at a dealer. I say the dealer is just like any other shop. They have good techs and bad ones. It has alot to do with what the organization tolerates and expects. The dealers only have two things up on the indys. Factory info and in house parts dept. Many of the best techs I've met are in the independents.
