How do I install a mini-tach? 200 82

Hi, I just purchased a Volvo (VDO) mini tach, and voltmeter. I've searched the archives and can only find how to wire the big tach, the one that replaces the big clock. This mini tach goes to the right of the speedometer cluster. I looked under the dash and found the white/red wire dangling. And under the hood I do see a white/red wire coming off the coil, so I guess that's the one. Can some one please give me a fairly detailed instruction on how to install the mini-tach and the voltmeter. My car is a 240 wagon, 1982. Thank You.
