Re: cams 120-130 1965

I hav youst R-cams on the street, both whith Weber DCOE, Weber 36/36 and dual SU.And I think its a good street cam. Ofcors it has a bad idle and it dont make any power below 3000rpm, but you can drive it undet 3000rpm, and if I am in a hurry I never rev the engin less then 3000rpm.You have rigth that the R-cam doesent rev as high as you wold like, but with Weber 45:s and a good cylinderhead whith bigger valves (atleast 37mm on the exaust) and a 2,5"exaust whith one freeflowing muffler, it revs whell over 6500rpm.And abowt the consumption, isent gas sheep in USA? If you take it slow you can drive a B20 whith R-cam on 1,5-2liters/10km (if you take it relly slow, whith in the speed limets, you can drive it on 1-1,5liters)
