Wheels and Tires 1800 1970

I have a 1970 1800E with the original Volvo Mags and NOS tires. You know, the skinny ones. I'd like to change to a more modern set. Does anybody have good suggestions? Preferable something of total similar diameter (tire+rims) so that my speedo would be relatives accurate. All help would be appreciated.
