wire diagram for ecu 700 1990

does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for my ecu? currently I am not getting power to the fuel pump relay through pins 21/22, I should be getting ground through pin 17. If I bypass the ecu & jumper pins 21/22/17 power goes to the relay & turns on the fuel pump. I suspect there is something not providing ground through the ecu. bosch p/n 0-280-000-556.
