Difference between 740 w/ Body Color Bumpers and those Without ? 700 1990

Is there any difference in the Bumpers used on 1990 +, 740's between those with body colored bumpers and those without ?

I am going to have some body work done and my 1990 740 TI with gray/black bumpers resprayed and want to know if its OK to have the bumpers done the same color as the car.

Anyone know any good Paint/Body Shops in the Atlanta metro area ???
