comparison Specs on rear springs, and front sway bars 200 78

I want to firm up the saggy rear on my 78 242 (and no, that is not a numeric form of a cryptogram for my first wife.)

I have two sets of rear springs - the first set from a 1980 Diesel 244, the 2nd set from a 1986 245.

Does anyone know the wire diameter of each, and recommendations as to which would provide most lift.

Also - I want to firm up the body roll.

I can get the front and rear sway bars from either a 1980 245, or a 1986 245.

Any preferences and/or factory modifications over the years?

I am aware that the rear sway bar should never be firmer than the front.

Thanks in advance.
