I don't see why it wouldn't have the same oil cooler as the US-bound 740 did... oh wait, you're talking about a NA engine. I've driven my brick at 95mph for a steady 2 1/2 hours coming back from Atlanta in the middle of the night a few months ago... ran perfectly. And yes, the gas mileage does suck above 70mph...
