calculation of horsepower 700 89

Several months ago, a brickboard contributor sent me a zip file containing an experimental method for calculating horsepower. If I rememebr correctly, the method used the weight of the car, acceleration times to achieve various speeds, and deceleration time to slow from one velocity to another. Well, I never used it, and now can't find it. If the original contributor, or anyone else, has this I would be very grateful if you would e-mail it to dpm@erols. com (my son will use it for his HS physics project)

regards,
