coil warmth... 120-130 67

I replaced my standard coil w/ a blue coil that I had laying around..noticed it was always warm..figured it was going bad, bought a new one at a VW show this weekend..and it too gets warm. Not too hot to the touch..but definitely warm.

am I missing something?

(getting the car ready for it's custom tig-welded rollbar..gotta love having a race shop close by)
