Re: What is maximum crusing speed for B230F? 700 1992

"...a 240 may not do 100mph for three hours. The limitation would be the size of the gas tank!"

I've done a high speed road trip of about 2 hours at speeds ranging from 75-100mph while on the highway (mostly 85-95), and my gas mileage came out to be ~25mpg. With a 15.8 gallon capacity, 300 miles in 3 hours could be done with 20mpg, which should be easy since I usually get 20-22mpg in heavy-footed short distance city driving.

I'll report back with the test results as soon as I find a suitable road.
