I appreciate all the help...Injectors LOOK 700 1991

I'll update you as I go along..But in reply to everyone, everyone has asked me if it's a relay???let me further set up the senario...

1. I have compression in all the cyl...(which tells me timing not an issue)

2. I have arch in all cyl

3. I have plenty of fuel pressure,from the tank to the rail, and while the car is cranking

4. I know my ecu is good...thank god!

5. However I have no fuel coming out of the injectors...

Let's just say for s. and giggles that the injectors (all Four) are clogged up,remember it has sat for 1 yr... if the car won't run and I have all the injectors out of the rail how can I clean them? Take into consideration that no one shop in the area will clean them...and could the fuel regulator, if so how can I check and see if it is still good...

I more than appreciate everyone's help and support...
