I'm not aware of any way of repairing a broken switch. You can just buy a new switch from www.GAPA.com though. I think a new switch is all of $15. The reason I suggest GAPA is because I am not aware of any other online parts supplier that carries overdrive switches for Volvos. Going to the dealer you're sure to pay at least $30-$40. So $15 is a small price to pay for a functioning overdrive.
