HELP...Broke Molded Fuel Line...Creative Fixes? ALL 85

Hello All,

Thanks to those who gave me advice on removing stubborn fuel filter. Unfortunately, my friend with the impact wrench did not counter-hold the filter and ripped the fuel line in two at the banjo fitting ('85 244 Turbo). Any way to splice that damn plastic vinyl hose? After tracing that fuel line, it looks as if the whole thing is plastic/vinyl all the way to the fuel pump?!? I am tempted to rip it all out and use rubber gas hose. Any ideas (radical or conservative)???? Thanx in advance.
