electrical problems 200 1989

Hi

Well I got broadsided on the drivers side and the impact disconnected the battery and stretched the wires going around the brake slave drum by the engine and shorted out a couple of them, so since then only part of the cars electrics work, its like everything above the break in the fuseblock works so I think thats fuse 1 to 10 but below that dosent. So in my efforts to fix it etc. I dissassembled the ignition and the wires just all came out and I dont know how they go back!!! so any suggestions please.. The engine did turn over but the dash lights didnt come on and none of the engine systems worked eg. gas, spark

Are the computers powered from the lower part of the fuse block?

how can I locate the wire that gives power to that ? which one is it or is something blown? its an 89 240 SW had over 250K on it and ran like a top.
