Removing rear seat(sedan) 200 Bassbrick

Hello brickboarders. I have a question. I'm probably gonna get some sound deadening material (the liquid stuff) for my car since the subs rattle it to pieces. My question is, how do I remove the rear seat? (this is a sedan)

And also, do you all think I should put this liquid stuff on the floorboards? I would think it might hurt the rust resistance of the car possibly, but i'm just being pessimistic. Answers to the above questions would be greatly appreciated.
