Upgrading the turbo 200 83

Researching the upgrade to a water-cooled turbos in my 242 and was wanting some feedback. How hard is it to tap into the coolant system and how much extra hardware do you need? I searched the archives found mention of a retrofit kit from Volvo. Am I on the right track? Any help would be appreciated . . .
