Fuel Pump Not Coming On 200 85

I've had intermittent problems with my car cutting out or simply not starting. I've checked the 25amp fuse, checked the connections in fuse box, and resoldered the fuel pump relays. Usually, the car would start a day or so after the problem. It would run for weeks without a problem. My mechanic said there was no problem with the fuel pump.

No the car won't start at all. I noticed the fuel pump wasn't coming on and climbed under the car to find it -- but alas, I couldn't find the pump even after following the fuel line. Where is it? And what connections on the pump should I check?

BTW: The plugs and wires are new, as well as a new fuel injector on #1.
