Power Problems...ARGH

Howdy folks...I have given up on my fuel pump relay theories....

Now I've decided to hook my car up to a jump pack...and it starts right up...The second I take the jump pack off, (after I left it on for 10 mins) the car dies...

The battery in the car is pretty new (however its a crappy walmart battery)

The car has power with out the jumppack, enough to turn the fuel pump and starter motor, just not enough to get it to turn over...

so, do i junk the walmart battery and get a real one...or is it something with my alternator not charging the thing up...
