Does 700 series have a camber adjustment 700 1989

Hello

Our alignment shop told us today that the 700 series does not have a camber adjustment. Our daughters 740 has had bad tire wire on the driver side outside for a long time. Thru 2 alignments and 2 sets of tires. They gave us the readings for the toe camber and the caster. They said all were within specs . It really surprised me because many years ago we had our own 740 aligned by our volvo dealer and we had to pay extra to have new holes drilled I believe around the strut area to allow for the appropriate adjustment to camber. Also its weird to have camber readings that you supposedly can do niche about. Trying to reconcile all of this. H E L P
