Hi! on the relay you have 4 pins, probably marked 85 86 87 and 30.

pin 30 should have +12 volts allways from harness. pin 87 goes to the solenoid (the yellow wire)and give 12 volts when the relay clicks.

pin 85 should have ground when the 4th gear is in. pin 86 gets 12 volts when you press the overdrive button and the ignition is on. if 85 and 86 is ok the relay should click. ps. your 4th gear sensor is probably ok.
