Mmmm.... If your car's a turbo, it HAS an air mass meter. If your car's a non-turbo, it has the Bendex (Rex Regina) system, which does not use an amm.

My '91 740 suffered a dead-on-the-road-with-angry-wife-on-the-cellphone problem last year, and it was either the fuel pump relay or the radio suppression relay. I resoldered 'em both and it has been fine since.
