Rear suspension - after market parts 200 1993

I just found out that the rear shocks on my 1993 240 are leaking and

need to be replaced. I am considering having this done at a local Midas

shop mainly because I'm about 300 miles away from a volvo dealer. Is there

any reason for me to reconsider this plan?? My experience with this shop has been consistantly favorable, so my question really centers around the use of Midas shocks and springs...
