Noisy Rear End Revisited!! 700 1985

A while ago I installed a pair of bilstein rear shocks.They proved to be too stiff; so I replaced them with a pair of Boge Turbo Shocks. The rear suspension bangs a lot now and I'm wondering if the new improved shocks caused another deficiency to show up? It drives me nuts when I attempt to upgrade and it gets worse!
