Whats this part in my fuel injection? 200 84

Sorry I don't have a digital camera. I am checking over the fuel sytem on my car, and I have noticed this part under the intake manifold that I can't identify. I know I need a Bentley manual but I only have a Haynes at the moment. Anyway its mounted on the block under the 2 and 3 intakes, and it has 2 fuel injection lines going into it, plus wiring. Can anyone identify this for me. Also, shouldn't my car have a CIS system? I can't find the motor anywhere. I am pretty sure I have found the idle bypass lines but there is no CIS motor in it. I should mention that it is a turbo intercooled kjet
