Re: Testing the AMM 700 88

Don't know if this is it or not. Your Air Induction Hose (between the out of the AMM and the throttle body) may be getting hot and collapsing. Over time oil blow by and heat can soften the rubber to the point it loses structural integrity. Especially during heavy acceleration when the vacumn is high. It chokes off the engine, causing similar symptoms to your car. Relatively cheap fix. $50 new, $25 used. (if you can find a used one in good enough shape). Good luck.
