Older B230 and Ontario emissions 700 whatever

I am looking to buy an 87-91 745 or 745T at about the same time that Ontario expands its emission testing program into the Ottawa area. Should I be concerned that a B230 with 200-300,000 km may need expensive work to pass the emission test?
