Rear Deck 200 88

I'm changing my sedan interior from blue to black, piece by piece with boneyard parts. So far, I've been fortunate and have found all the parts I need. Unfortunately, there are different colors of the interior pieces, which I will spray paint to make everything the same color.

I think Krylon has a vinyl paint or something suitable for the interior pieces. Anyone have suggestions??

The second part is my rear deck, which has 14 year old blue carpet and looks terrible. I'm going to start my interior refurbish with the rear deck. I plan on getting a piece of speaker box carpet and spray adhesive to carpet the deck, along with my black seat belt retractor covers from this weekends trip to the boneyard.

Is it easier to remove the board from the rear deck in order to complete this re-carpet, or leave it in the car?? Do I need to remove the back seat? Any experienced folks that have recovered their rear decks have suggestions??

Thanks to all and Happy Holidays!!
