1969 144 on eBay 140-160 1970

I'm really surprised this one went so high in price:

27 bids and $3450 and the reserve wasn't met? What in the world was the reserve? The $450 1970 144S parts car I have now is in nicer shape and it has A/C, this one doesn't. I also got my car in Pennsylvania, just last spring. Amazing!
