rear brakes question 200 '88

i've started to notice that when i apply my brakes a bit on the hard side that my front-end dives just a bit more than i think is normal. all my brake systems seem to be fine and i was curious to know if there is a pressure adjustment for the rear brakes. i think if i tweak this thing (if one exists) that i could make my stops more level. i have asked this once before (some time back) and the best response i got was to get a manual. well, if the manual i have gave me the answer in simple enough language, i'd have fixed it. please help in giving me a straight-forward response.

thanmks for the help and sorry for the harsh last statement,

Bubba
