Get the car up on ramps/jackSTANDS, and get under it behind the driver's side wheel. Look forward toward the engine, up the driver's side of the tranny. There are two (17mm?) bellhousing bolts that hold the starter on...

I can only assume you left the trannies attached during the engine swap or you'd know this already?
