Reliability - 960 vs. S70 900 1995

I have the opportunity of either buying a very well maintained '95 960 (58,000 miles) versus a low mileage '98 S70 GLT (39,000 miles). I currently have a '96 850 (no turbo). My main question is the build quality and reliability of the 960 in comparison to the 850 and S70? Is the 960 significantly better than the 850/S70 series? I typically like front wheel drive and I do like the folding rear seats of the 850/S70.

Any problem areas that are common with the 960?

Thanks in advance!

kenneth
