Re: Seats and rearend(not yours...the cars:) 200 1980

Good to know that the seats are interchangeable throughout the years, I had wondered about that. As my daily driver is a 245 '80 I can most certainly empathasize with the discomfort! OK around town, but on a long trip .... I installed some nice quality sheepskin seat covers, and some extra foam under them and that does improve the comfort, plus protects the seats and looks better. I have kept an eye out for seats when visiting the boneyards, but inevitably they seem to be in pretty poor shape from wear, or exposure to the weather in the yard. I guess you would have to get there almost right away to salvage them.
