voltage to headlight but no light 200 1980

Boardmembers,

I have a headlight out on my 1980 242 (a rare sight here in the salt belt). The weird thing is that it's not the bulb, and for your next question, yes I have voltage to the plug that plugs onto the headlight. What gives?
